Comment:

 I've no idea what's going on here except that maybe the theme files are
 corrupt? I've confirmed both MythCenter and MythCenter-wide work. The non-
 wide weather-ui.xml contains screen-setup and line two of the wide version
 is blank, so neither of the errors makes sense.

 Another thing to check is that you don't have different versions of the
 themes installed in two different locations.
