 Rev 7 fixes many issues for the DSR. HDD, and DirecTV boxes as found by
 user testing.  These include proper initialization, IR commands, PAT/PMT
 issues, among others.

 I don't think anyone besides me has gotten it working in Myth yet, but
 would appreciate comments on what might need to be fixed (other than bugs)
 to get it included in myth.  It doesn't make any sense to include until
 others have actually gotten it working, but that time should come soon.
