Comment:

 MythFlix uses delayed loading of menu items, this exposes a problem with
 the current mythlistbutton model where the itemSelected signal goes out
 before the items data is set, this causes the slot to fail because the
 data it needs is missing. I'm not sure how I'm going to fix this yet.
