 Steps to reproduce,

 1. Create a new Capture Card
 2. Edit settings for Signal/Tuning timeout
 3. Finish and save those changes
 4. Edit this card
 5. Note saved timeout settings
 6. Click on "Recording Options"
 7. In new window, click "Finish"
 (returns to editing selected capture card)
 8. See that timeout options have returned to default
