Log:

Ports XMLTV_generic_config to use QProcess for configuration, see also[17597]. 

This also adds MythTerminal which is just a thin wrapper around QProcess that allows it to output to a TransListBoxSetting and get input from the same so we don't need to send the user to the possibly hidden mythtv-setup startup terminal to configure xmltv listings grabbers.
