 When using the Internal DVD player, if CC1 text is enabled (not
 subtitles!) and the disc uses forced Subtitles, CC text is then disabled.

 A good disk to recreate this on might be RUSH HOUR 3 where there are
 forced subtitles for some Chinese dialog.

 Steps to Recreate:
 1) Play Main Title
 2) Menu -> Captions -> CC1 ON
 3) Wait for forced subtitle text to appear
 4) CC text no longer displays

 This has been recreated on mythtv-0.21_p17722.
