 This patch will provide the myth protocol with the following command:
 QUERY_DVBSIGNAL

 This command will return - through the protocol - the DVB Signal Noise
 Ratio. This should provide other frontends the ability to show the signal
 strength through the protocol rather than hacking the mythtv core.

 The patch is against 0.21-fixes and should be easily applicable to 0.22 as
 well.
