 You can only use the up/down arrow keys to navigate the buttons in those
 dialog boxes with vertical rows of buttons. Additional keys defined in key
 bindings don't work.

 Go to any module - video, watch recordings, etc. Hit the menu button, the
 dialog box that shows up are the ones having the problem.

 last tried with revision 17863.
