 I can confirm this bug. It seems the "avlib memory functions" part of the
 [17535] update breaks mythtranscode for mpeg2 -> mpeg2 transcodes with a
 cutlist (as also described in #5479). The following patch reverts the
 relevant lines and corrects the problem.
