Comment:

 The packager script already patches both Qt3 and Qt4 for the mkdir -p,
 0-21-fixes already has the QMAKE_INSTALL_DIR fix (Qt4/trunk doesn't need
 it), and the DEPENDS patch is already added by the packager script (not
 that I understand why it is needed, but I will explore that later).
