Log:

When a program in the "Deleted" recording group is auto-expired, don't
forget the history and possibly allow it to be re-recorded.  The user
already made that decision when the program was logically deleted by
moving it to the "Deleted" group.  Thanks to Michael T. Dean for
finding the right place in the code to change.
