 MythWeb has no need of UPnP functionality, it just needs the backend http
 server to have a registerd MythXML object. I've uploaded a patch that
 enables MythXML on the backend's http server regardless of whether UPnP is
 enabled.

 However, if UPnP used, then that same MythXML object is explicitly
 registered with the Myth UPnP object, yielding the same functionality as
 before.
