 (In [15469]) Refs #843. add support for changing between PIP and PBP on
 the fly.
 refactor TV::ProcessKeyPress() as suggested by danielk in the original
 playercontext patch. will test latest update for a couple of weeks then
 merge mythtv-pip back into mythtv-vid.
