Log:

Found missing images in mythweather.  Was referring to mw-shading.png when no such file exists.  Since file is statically scaled anyway,
 changed to use 4:3 theme image (mw_shading.png).  Also make small changes to current conditions & 3 day forecast layout to make better use of space
