Comment:

 (In [15308]) Adds an integrated channel icon downloader to mythtv-setup
 which uses
 the services.mythtv.org facility created by Chris Petersen.

 Patches by Matthew Wire and John Pullan with a few bug fixes and
 tweaks by me.

 Closes #3334
