 The attached patch will update the description field of the keybinding in
 the database if it has changed since the binding was registered.

 The description field is used when setting the keybindings in Mythcontrols
 and possibly Mythweb to describe the purpose of the binding. An old
 description can be confusing and worse than none at all.
