 May I know against what revision of SVN this patch has been made against.

 With the current trunk version, the MPEG2TS playback is broken, the image
 quality is poor and there's a loss of sync between sound and video (check
 this bug report:
 http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/4739

 rev #14618 works. But that's quite a far back.
