 The attached patch (against r16237) permits both the embedded version of
 Watch Recordings (invoked by JUMPREC) and the global version (invoked by
 the startPlayback jumppoint) to share a keybinding. If "Jump to Program
 OSD" is set, the keybinding will properly bring up the OSD version of the
 list of recorded programs.

 The patch uses the localAction functionality used in r16224 and elsewhere.
 As with r16224, users who have the startPlayback jumppoint set to a
 particular key will have to first delete it before setting JUMPREC to that
 key in mythcontrols; after this is done, the jumppoint keybinding can be
 restored. This is surely a bug in mythcontrols.
