 Hi, thanks for submitting the crash report, but it won't be useful here
 unless it is retraced.  You've got a few options here.
 1) Install apport-gtk, and reboot.  Typically it will catch your crash
 report in the GUI then, and offer to submit it to launchpad.  Launchpad's
 automatic retracing service will then produce a stack trace that is useful
 here (the two bugs can be linked together).
 2) Run apport-retrace locally.  This will grab the debug symbols and
 install them temporarily to rebuild the stack trace.
 If you can't do either of these (or if the locally rebuilding the trace
 fails, this bug report will have to be closed)
