Comment:

 (In [16036]) Closes #4410. internal dvd player. remove code that tries to
 determine when to display a dvd
 button. it's not reliable. dvd button will be displayed the second the dvd
 says there is one.
 so this means that
 the button may appear before the screen it is intended for.
