 (In [15753]) Refs #4568. ability to view upcoming recordings while
 watching a
 recorded show. prevent display of the tv window if it is paused and
 the program guide/upcoming recording or recorded list is displayed.
 haven't done lots of testing using live tv. please let me know if breaks
 something with live tv. add setting to allow tv window to be
 embedded when program guide/upcoming recording or recorded list is
 called (disabled by default). theme change is required for the upcoming
 recording window. will post changes I made to the titivillus theme soon.
