 this patch gets the aspect ratio from the recordedmarkup table and uses
 that information to set the height of the flash video stream.  if no
 aspect ratio is recorded in the database(which is true for SD recordings
 as far as I'm aware) it falls back to 4:3.  the width is still determined
 from the settings table(WebFLV_w).
