 myth.rebuilddatabase.pl is not working properly with MythTV 0.21 on Ubuntu
 Intrepid.

 I have updated the script to both function properly and make it easier for
 a user to restore a large number of recordings to the MythTV database.
 The script will now autodetect all of the video parameters (except title,
 subtitle, and description), and will play the file for the user just
 before prompting for that information.
