 While Windows normally has civil time in the hardware clock, UNIX systems
 (including mine) normally have UTC.  But MythTV v0.21 uses civil time for
 everything, including scheduling when to wake up to record a program. The
 attached patch adds language to the main HOWTO warning of this issue.
