Log:

Refs #2287. Partially revert [19301], we still need to run processEvents() regularly in TV::StartTV() even if there are no state changes. This is needed for keyboard and other event processing on at least some Qt 4.x releases. Possibly a better solution is to enter the event loop for the thread running StartTV(), but that requires a bit more refactoring...
