 According to this (http://labs.trolltech.com/blogs/2007/01/30/qtmsys/)
 since Qt 4.3 it is no longer needed to move sh.exe out of the way before
 building Qt. Besides that it mentions a speed-up in compiling because
 sh.exe is supposed to be started quicker than cmd.exe
