 Patch for the long-term EIT data now offered by MultiChoice Africa.

 I've hard-coded the PID and TSID for simplicity - if either of these
 change in the future I'll add support for parsing the SI tables to get the
 new details.

 The data is currently accurate for all channels except M-Net HD, which
 gets some bogus data at times (primarily when the channel is off the air.)

 This should be combined with ticket #5446 to support both formats for
 series numbers.
