 It would be an excellent feature to allow MythWeather to scroll/display
 emergency weather alerts across the screen while MythTV is currently
 playing video, similar to the display that MythTVOSD uses.

 I'm envisioning that when MythWeather grabs an update and finds certain
 keywords in the return, that it would initiate a scrolling message.

 Since most of the shows we watch are time shifted, the normal broadcast
 alerts may be showing me a warning from 2 weeks ago :)
