 I assume Daniel meant the one at line 118 of your log:

 Table 'mythconverg.settings' doesn't exist

 2008-04-28 16:05:25.795 Couldn't upgrade database to new schema.

 Here the setup crashed! Database connection is OK:
 }}}

 Hopefully, the original issue (not upgrading database) has now been fixed
 on 0-21-fixes and trunk.
