Comment:

 before reporting any dvd menu problems, upgrade the latest 0.21-fixes or
 trunk, then *disable* any adaptive interlacer (yadif, greedymotion). use
 linear blend or one-field deinterlacer.

 if the issue is still reproducible, open a ticket.

 There is an ongoing bug where dvd still frames may not show on a dvd with
 adaptive deinterlacers.

 I am doing my best to commit dvd menu fixes in 0.21-fixes as well as in
 trunk.
