 Summary pretty much says it all - when a DVD menu is in 16:9 aspect ratio,
 but the actual content is in 4:3 (some bonus material on "Everybody loves
 Raymond" Season 3+4 and all material on "Friends" Season 10, for example),
 MythVideo will seemingly start to play the video, but the menu remains
 visible. Pressing "pause" makes it go to the actual current frame, but it
 won't resume playing from there.
