 1. I suspect that image is copyrighted. I'm not a lawyer, but it might be
 safer to download it fresh. ''e.g.'' from
 http://www.mysql.com/common/logos/logo_mysql_sun.gif

 2. I don't really want to have configuring a database as part of building
 and installing MythTV. There is a /database directory if we really need
 Windows specific DB bootstrapping, but for now, I would prefer that the
 script generates the nearly empty file
