 Attached patch causes a menu to be shown if the recording selected has a
 bookmark. The selection is play from beginning or play from bookmark.  The
 menu will be shown if there is a bookmark and the recording is selected
 with either the SELECT or PLAY key.  This is the same menu presented if
 one selects RIGHT_CURSOR, then selects "Play from ..." in the menu popup,
 as such the existing code is used.

 If needed I can update this code to make it optional via a database
 setting.
