 Explains how to enable hidden EIT data by modifying and recompiling the
 source.

 It would be nice if there was a configuration option checkbox that enabled
 or disabled hidden EIT data.

 It would make sense to be located mythtv-setup->Video Sources->Listings
 Grabber->EIT.
