 (In [14465]) Hide TrackInfo or AlbumArt button depending on editmetadata
 mode in
 MythMusic. Refs #3877.

 Add copies of the images used in the image grid on the album art editor
 screen to MythMusic rather than use those out of MythArchive which may not
 be available.
