Log:

Lower case the Schedules Direct (DataDirect) userid before sending it to the server.

The userid needs to be all lower case, so this just avoids problems for people entering a mixed case username in mythtv-setup.

Change requested by Isaac, but he's on holiday and so can't commit it himself.
