Log:

Fixes #3912 and Fixes #3916 by applying slightly modified patch which adds Show Netflix page to queue actions to display page in MythBrowser.  Modified patch to display menu on SELECT in Browse instead of adding MENU button.  Seems more intuitive since there was no visual feedback to SELECT previously.
