Log:

Reverted activetext colour to #dcdcdc from #99999.  Original bug report mentioned a text dialog background colour of white.
While #dcdcdc indeed provides insufficient contrast against white, the background colour of that area in those themes should *never*
be white.  If that happens to be the case in some situations (white background), it is not due to problems in qtlook.txt
