 This patch fixes problems for me.  Mediastatus and drive state is always
 detected correctly with this patch.[[BR]]
 I've added an extra line to mythmediamonitor chooseandejectmedia() to
 prevent it displaying an error message when ejecting laptop cdrom drives.
 Previously it was successfully ejecting but then showing a message saying
 it had failed.  (updated patch - cdromeject-311007.diff)
