 In order to deal the the complexity and fluid nature of the network's so
 called schedule, this patch allows you to request that mythfilldatabase
 grab data for any day. Hopefully, this will allow people to fetch the data
 they need without resorting to using --refresh-all. It also cleans up the
 various refresh_* variables into a single refresh_request array. Included
 is a sample contrib script demonstrating how to use the options.
