 I've attached an updated patch.  I've updated it for SVN14755; also I've
 added a favorite channel editor from the settings GUI.  It's a little
 cumbersome to add favorties from the EPG, in the settings GUI, all
 channels are listed with checkboxes that you can select or unselect the
 channel from the favorite group.
