Comment:

 (In [14732]) Fixes #4098. Preserves channel selection in channel editor
 across different actions.

 This was inspired by Matthew Wire's patch on #4098. But this also selects
 the next channel after a channel deletion. This makes going through the
 list of channels to delete some extra ones you don't want a little easier.
