Comment:

 after [14499] and [14506] smart channel changing doesnt work for non
 DVB/ATSC channels...
 doesnt change channel until OSD fades.
 the problem resides in the function: CheckChannelPrefix returning spacer
 needed when there is not a spacer on the channel number.
 [14444] worked ok
 I'm using ivtv 1.0.0 (gentoo 2.6.22)
