Log:

Refs #843. Stage 1 of picture by picture support. activate pbp through picture-by-picture option in the
embedded playbackbox. live-tv support is next, plus add capability to flip between PBP and PIP and to swap PBP.
pbp will not be allowed if both pictures cannot use hw-accel renderer.
