 I'm going to have to see if I can reproduce this. My dev box doesn't
 currently have lirc setup so all my testing was done with a keyboard. The
 player uses the same techniques as the virtual keyboard so I wasn't
 expecting any problems using a remote. Anyone else tested it and is using
 a remote?
