Log:

Allow DatabaseSettings() to be passed the dbHostName to be displayed.
Since [14704] and [14707], the hostname was cleared to prevent console errs,
but there is some benefit in showing the erroneous hostname to the user so
that they can edit it. This will be enabled in a coming mythcontext.cpp patch
