Refs #843. mythtv-pip: fix starting/stopping pbp from osd menu, prevent screen saver restore after pbp transition 
and prevent embedding when pbp is activated. disable sound activation for secondary pbp when changing active window. 
enabling sound on 2nd pic causes sync issues.
