Comment:

 (In [13468]) Fix asFileNotFound handling for remote files and storage
 groups.

 Modifies RemoteCheckFile() so that it does not update pginfo->pathname
 unless
 the file is available locally.

 Patch by Michael T. Dean.

 Closes #3392.
