 The attached patch allows building MythTV without LAME support. Libmad
 will be used for decoding of the MP3 audio of NuppelVideo files, and MP3
 encoding while recording a NuppelVideo file will be disabled.

 This patch allows including MythTV in distributions that do not ship LAME.

 The configure script seemed to be rather confusing, so I'm not sure if my
 patch is optimal regarding that file.
