 I use 0.20-fixes, r13045. Let's say I'm in the Program Recording
 Priorities screen and decide to edit a Power Search rule. In the Edit Rule
 screen, I decide to edit Rule Name.

 When I commit the changes to the rule with 'Record' and return to
 Recording Priorities,  the displayed rule name does not change from the
 previous name, although when reediting the rule the name change any other
 committed changes appear properly. Only by exiting, then reentering,
 Recording Priorities does the new rule name display.
